Join us on the circular trail to the impressive Pochten waterfall which provides a cool breeze in the summer heat.
On this roundtrip tour, we take you to the Pochten waterfall and into the beautiful Suldtal nature reserve.
After only 15 minutes of walking through the cool forest, an impressive highlight awaits you - the Pochten waterfall. Your heart will beat faster as the large quantities of water thunder down the magnificent 81-metre high Pochten waterfall.
After a hike of approximately one hour it will be time to relax for a while. You can either grill a traditional Swiss cervelat sausage at the Suld picnic and barbecue area or enjoy a meal in the Pochtenfall restaurant close by.
You can also admire the wooden water wheel dating back to the 16th century, which used to power the former sawmill and is now used to generate electricity.
On hot summer days, the Suld stream has a pleasant cooling effect.
