Passenger rights
From January 2021, extended passenger rights in public transport will apply.
If you arrived at your destination at least one hour late, you are entitled to compensation. The amount of compensation depends on the fare paid and the duration of the delay. Further information and the form to apply for compensation can be found at www.swisspass.ch/fahrgastrechte.
